QiGong

QiGong is an ancient Chinese healing art that combines gentle movement, breath work, posture and awareness to cultivate and regulate the body’s internal energy (Qi).

Sessions are designed to support both physical health and emotional balance, helping the body shift from stress and depletion toward greater regulation, resilience and vitality.

Lee’s approach draws from ongoing study in Xing Ming Qi Gong and meditation under Master Liu, integrating traditional internal arts principles with modern understanding of nervous system regulation, breath and body awareness.
 

Qi Gong may support:
